Job summary

JD Group is seeking a Store Supervisor to help run daily shop floor operations and support colleagues across shifts. You will ensure high service standards, assist with product placement, and safeguard brand presentation on the floor.

You will lead by example, communicate clearly with the team, and contribute to achieving store performance targets while maintaining visual standards and smooth till operations.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising in a fast-paced retail or customer-facing environment.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and support staff to meet brand standards.
• Monitor service levels and help lines of product placement and store presentation.
• Maintain shop floor standards and cleanliness in line with brand guidelines.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures, till operations, and daily tasks as directed.
