Job summary

JD Group in Oxford is seeking a dedicated Supervisor to help run the shop floor and uphold the high service standards our customers expect. You will support colleagues across shifts, promote brand standards, and assist with daily operational tasks as directed by Store Management.

• Previous supervisory or team-leader experience in fast-paced retail or customer-facing environments.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to guide and support colleagues on the shop floor.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to uphold high standards in service, presentation, and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service by supporting customers, resolving queries, and ensuring team presentation meets brand expectations.
• Support sales performance by monitoring service levels, using in-store devices to offer the full product range, and assisting with effective product placement.
• Maintain strong visual and operational standards by keeping the shop floor clean, organised, and aligned with brand standards and company expectations.
• Assist with daily operational duties including opening and closing procedures, cashing up, and supporting accurate till operations.
• Previous supervisory or team-leader experience in fast-paced retail or customer-facing environments.
