• Experience in logistics, shipping, export administration, or supply chain coordination.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong MS Office skills and ERP experience.
• Good numerical and analytical abilities.
• Confident communicating with providers, suppliers and internal teams.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proactive and flexible problem-solving approach.
• Export documentation or customs knowledge beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day shipping, freight and transport activities.
• Liaise with transport providers to arrange deliveries and shipments.
• Prepare, check and maintain shipping, export and certification documentation.
• Ensure shipping activities and documentation comply with relevant customs and export requirements.
• Maintain accurate operational, production and quality records.
• Coordinate information between internal departments, external providers and subcontractors.
• Support the effective planning of transport requirements and managing associated costs.
• Update ERP and internal business systems to ensure information is accurate and accessible.
• Assist with documentation reviews, inspections and continuous improvement activities.
• Provide updates on shipping activities and resolve operational issues.
