Job summary

ASC Connections Ltd, a leading manufacturer, is seeking an experienced Logistics Administrator to join its busy operations team. You will coordinate UK and international shipments, arrange cost-effective transport, and prepare export documentation while ensuring on-time deliveries.

You will work closely with sales, freight providers and internal colleagues, produce KPI reports, and support customer service with accurate administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, transport, shipping or supply chain coordination.
• Strong customer service and administrative experience.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Experience liaising with customers, suppliers, freight providers and internal teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP system experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate dispatch of UK and international orders, ensuring deliveries within lead times.
• Arrange cost-effective transport solutions and manage freight providers and internal relationships.
• Prepare and process transport/export documentation ensuring customs compliance.
• Handle customer enquiries and provide admin support to the sales team.
• Coordinate warehouse pick/pack priorities for efficient fulfilment.
• Produce and analyse weekly/monthly KPI reports to support performance.
