Job summary

Right Now Group are recruiting a Shipping Administrator to join a leading aviation logistics operation based in Hayes, supporting the distribution and export of aircraft spares worldwide in a busy 24/7 environment. You will prepare shipping documentation, monitor systems and ensure shipments are processed accurately and within customer KPIs, liaising with supervisors, warehouse teams and agents.

Ideal candidates will have 2 years’ experience in Export or Customer Service, strong MS Office

Qualifications

• Previous experience within Export OR Customer Service would be advantageous.
• Ideally 2 years' experience within Export OR Customer Service.
• Strong PC skills with good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work accurately to strict deadlines and customer KPIs.
• Proactive approach with strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare shipping documentation for the distribution and export of aircraft spares worldwide.
• Process shipments in line with customer KPIs and required deadlines.
• Update and operate various operational systems and shipping databases.
• Monitor emails and operational dashboards, ensuring enquiries are answered promptly and AOG shipments are not at risk of being processed late.
• Liaise with supervisors, warehouse teams and collecting agents to ensure the smooth running of daily operations.
• Assist the warehouse with data uploads and provide general administrative support to the wider operation.

Right Now Group are recruiting for a Shipping Administrator to join a leading aviation logistics operation based in Hayes.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator with a background in shipping, export or customer service to join a busy aviation environment supporting the distribution and export of aircraft spares worldwide.

Working as part of a 24/7 operation, you'll be responsible for preparing shipping documentation, monitoring operational systems and ensuring shipments are processed accurately and within customer KPIs.

• Prepare shipping documentation for the distribution and export of aircraft spares worldwide.
• Process shipments in line with customer KPIs and required deadlines.

The Successful Candidate

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: £35,000 per annum.
• Location: Hayes.
• Hours: 4 on / 4 off - 19:00 - 07:00.
