Job summary

Amazon Shipping is seeking a Shipper Experience Manager to own the operational relationship with a portfolio of shippers and act as their trusted advisor within Amazon Shipping.

You’ll onboard new shippers, drive performance, and ensure exceptional service across your portfolio. Travel to shipper sites and regular reviews are expected as part of building strong partnerships and driving strategic outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing environment.
• Ability to use data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience managing competing priorities across many stakeholders.
• Experience in creating and delivering business presentations for senior leadership.
• Willingness to travel to shipper sites.

Responsibilities

• Own the operational relationship with a portfolio of shippers and act as the single point of contact.
• Monitor shipper performance against quality metrics and drive improvements.
• Track safety metrics and improve compliance.
• Identify trends and root causes using data and coordinate with partner teams.
• Proactively identify risks to performance and drive mitigations.
• Understand shipper volume forecasts and coordinate peak planning.
