Job summary

Amazon Shipping seeks a Senior Sales Operations Manager to drive commercial excellence across EU markets. You will own end-to-end sales operations for a defined vertical, partner with BD leaders across four geographies, and work with CRM, analytics, and finance to turn priorities into measurable outcomes.

As an individual contributor, you will bridge commercial strategy and execution, enabling onboarding, campaign execution, and tooling improvements while aligning with WW standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data.
• Experience developing and implementing systems/tools for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation.
• Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies.

Responsibilities

• Own a defined vertical within EU Sales Operations end-to-end, setting the roadmap and delivering quarterly goals.
• Partner with commercial leaders to translate priorities into operational plans with KPIs.
• Design scalable cross-functional processes that reduce friction and increase commercial velocity.
• Work with CRM, tooling, and data teams to maintain the operational infrastructure for commercial execution.
• Drive cross-geo standardisation while adapting for local market requirements.
• Own and report on performance metrics and surface insights for senior leadership.
• Coordinate with Operations, Product, Finance, and Marketing to ensure alignment.
• Collaborate with US Sales Ops to align on global standards.
