Job summary

Amazon UK Services Ltd. is seeking a Delivery Partner Manager to advise delivery service partners (DSPs) and act as an operating partner to help them grow last mile delivery businesses within Amazon Logistics.

The role requires frequent travel to multiple sites and flexibility to work varied hours, including nights and weekends. You will guide DSP owners on safety, compliance, and performance, foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, and help scale operations while driving KPIs

Qualifications

Experience building strategic relationships across teams and functions.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
Experience in program management, logistics, operations, or equivalent.
Experience managing third party vendors or reliability environments.
Strong English-language communication skills, written and verbal.
Experience in account management or managing customer relationships.

Responsibilities

Safety: Partner with OTR Safety and OTR Regional Managers to ensure safety compliance.
Performance: Guide owners as they scale and manage operational issues.
Performance: Support onboarding to the program and launch readiness for new DSPs.
Performance: Coach and upskill owners in AMZL tools.
Performance: Identify opportunities to improve customer metrics.
Capacity Management: Work with DSPs to deliver ramp plans to meet peak volume.
Experience: Develop relationships between Amazon and DSP partners.
Communication: Align DSP-owned communications with OTR partners.
