• Identify ways to enhance measurement by combining qualitative and quantitative data.
• Maintain close exchange with the DSP experience team to collaborate and learn.
• Write or contribute to business cases from diverse stakeholders.
• Prioritize projects with biggest impact and secure approvals from leaders.
• Ensure accountability and escalate issues promptly.
• Manage project schedules and Go-Live milestones.
