• Lead, supervise and support Warehouse & Logistics operatives.
• Manage daily work plans, resources and startup procedures.
• Organise and oversee daily picking activities.
• Monitor outbound picks, customer orders and despatch processes.
• Ensure customer service standards are maintained.
• Monitor stock control and goods-in/returns processes.
• Investigate complaints and drive continuous improvement.
• Support recruitment, training and performance management.
