Greene King is seeking a Team Leader to guide a busy shift at one of our community pubs. You’ll lead by example, ensuring the team has what they need to run a smooth service and keep customers happy. You’ll deputise for management, organise the team during peak times, and maintain safety and cleanliness in the bar.

You’ll be a role model for great service, with a focus on welcoming customers warmly and delivering memorable experiences in a bustling pub setting.

Qualifikationen
