Greggs plc in the United Kingdom is seeking a Shift Manager to lead the shop when the Manager isn’t around, motivate the team and ensure customers have a brilliant experience across in-store, delivery, Click + Collect and drive-thru channels.

You will inspire the team, serve customers quickly and politely, prepare products, keep displays stocked and the shop tidy. Prior supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment is preferred; strong leadership and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous team supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Reliable and demonstrates natural leadership abilities with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Inspire the team to deliver amazing results and maintain shop standards.
• Lead by example and serve customers in a fast and friendly manner.
• Prepare products, including sandwiches and oven management.
• Keep displays fully stocked with plenty of choice for customers.
• Keep the shop clean, tidy and presentable.
