Job summary

Greggs is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a team on shift, keeping customers at the heart of service, and stepping in when the Store Manager isn’t present. You’ll inspire the team, serve fast and friendly, prep products, stock displays, keep the shop clean, and ensure a brilliant customer experience across in-store, delivery, and Click + Collect channels.

Qualifications

• You’ll be reliable and demonstrate natural leadership abilities, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Previous team supervisory experience in a similar, customer-focused environment is desirable.
• Availability to work shifts as required.
