Greggs is seeking a Shift Manager to lead the shop when the Store Manager isn’t on duty. You’ll inspire and motivate the team, ensure excellent customer service, and oversee food preparation, stock levels and shop presentation across in-store, delivery, Click + Collect and drive-thru channels.

You’ll manage a fast-paced shift, maintain high standards, and foster an inclusive culture while supporting colleagues with breaks, training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a team in a customer-focused environment.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.
• Reliable with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Inspire the team to deliver excellent results and maintain shop standards.
• Lead by example and serve customers quickly and warmly.
• Prepare products and manage ovens; ensure displays are stocked and shop is tidy.
