Euro Garages in Kettering is seeking a Starbucks Shift Supervisor for our busy store. You’ll lead by example, ensure fresh products, deliver outstanding service, and support the Store Manager by taking ownership of shifts when needed.

You’ll build great customer experiences, manage stock and operations, and uphold food safety and brand standards while keeping the team motivated. A flexible, minimum 8 hours per week and potential for progression are on offer.

Qualificações

• Previous supervisory experience is preferred, but not essential.
• Experience in hospitality, retail, or a customer-focused environment.
• A passion for delivering excellent customer service and creating great experiences.
• Confidence to lead, motivate, and support a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Willingness to learn, develop, and take the next step in your career.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and inspire the team by supervising daily operations, delegating tasks, and motivating colleagues to deliver great results while supporting their training and development.
• Create exceptional customer experiences by building a welcoming atmosphere, delivering outstanding service, and helping customers discover products they’ll love.
• Support smooth store operations by assisting the Store Manager with stock control, ordering, banking, and administration while maintaining accurate records.
• Champion quality and safety by taking an active role in food preparation, ensuring high standards of food safety, health and safety, and cleanliness are maintained throughout the store.
• Keep the store looking its best by creating an inviting, vibrant, and well-presented environment where customers and colleagues enjoy spending time.
• Lead by example every day by setting high standards, supporting the team during busy periods, and stepping in to keep operations running smoothly when needed.
• Craft great products with confidence by preparing coffee, food, and beverages to brand standards, delivering quality and consistency with every order.
