Cobra Coffee - Starbucks Franchisee is seeking a shift supervisor to lead the shift, coaching a team of baristas to deliver the Starbucks Experience with high quality service, beverages and products.

You will supervise daily operations, support the Store Manager, and ensure excellent customer service while adhering to cash handling, safety and health guidelines. Availability for varied shifts including mornings, evenings and weekends is expected.

Qualificações

• Previous coaching or supervisory experience in a customer facing role.
• Experience leading operational activities in a retail or hospitality environment is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Lead shifts with the team to deliver the Starbucks Experience for customers with high quality service, beverages and products.
• Set priorities, allocate resources, assign roles and drive store profitability.
• Inspire and motivate the team, anticipate issues and resolve them to optimise the customer experience.
• Identify teachable moments to share best practices with the team.
• Execute store operations during scheduled shifts, including opening and closing duties.
• Ensure compliance with cash handling, safety and sanitation guidelines.
