Job summary

Starbucks seeks a Shift Supervisor to support store operations, lead baristas on busy shifts, and uphold the company’s mission by delivering exceptional customer service in a welcoming café atmosphere.

You will open/close the store, manage cash handling, monitor beverage quality, restock supplies, coach partners, and ensure safety and compliance. Flexible availability is required, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Retail, customer service, or food service experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and team coaching abilities.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math and cash-handling competencies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a welcoming café environment.
• Open and/or close the store following standards and procedures.
• Lead shifts, supervise partners, and ensure tasks are completed accurately.
• Manage cash handling, till counts, and register accuracy.
• Uphold safety, sanitation, and Starbucks policies.
