Job summary

Cobra Coffee, a Starbucks UK franchised partner, invites you to join our busy store as a shift supervisor. You’ll lead the shift, coach baristas, and deliver the Starbucks Experience with high quality service, beverages and products, putting customers at the heart of everything we do.

Qualifications

Previous coaching or supervisory experience in a customer facing role.
Experience leading operational activities in a retail or hospitality environment would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

Lead shifts and coach the barista team to deliver the Starbucks Experience for customers.
Set priorities and allocate resources to roles and tasks, aiming to drive store profitability.
Inspire and motivate the store team to handle issues on shift and optimise the customer experience.
Identify teachable moments to share best practices with the team.
Execute opening and closing duties and manage store operations during scheduled shifts.”
Ensure adherence to cash handling, safety and security policies and procedures.
