Euro Garages in Crewe is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead daily store operations, ensure fresh and high-quality products, and deliver outstanding customer service. You will work closely with the Store Manager, supervise shifts, and motivate the team to maintain brand standards while supporting training and development.

The role emphasizes flexibility with minimum 8 hours per week, full-time average shifts, and a strong focus on guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
• Experience in hospitality, retail, or a customer-focused environment.
• A passion for delivering excellent customer service and creating great experiences.
• Confidence to lead, motivate, and support a team in a fast-paced environment.
