Euro Garages in Cockermouth is seeking a Starbucks Shift Supervisor to lead daily operations, ensure product freshness, and deliver outstanding customer service. You will work with the Store Manager to manage shifts and support the team to maintain high standards.

You'll supervise, train, and motivate colleagues, handle stock and safety, and foster a welcoming store environment with flexible, contracted hours.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in hospitality, retail, or a customer-focused environment.
• Strong customer service mindset and leadership ability.
• Confidence to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced setting.

• Lead and inspire the team by supervising daily operations and training colleagues.
