Greggs plc is hiring a Shift Manager to lead a shop team and ensure an outstanding customer experience across in-store, delivery, Click+Collect and drive-thru channels. You’ll supervise the shop when the Manager isn’t present, motivate colleagues and ensure the team has what they need to excel.

Responsibilities include inspiring the team, serving customers, preparing products and maintaining clean, well-stocked displays, while upholding Greggs’ standards and culture.

• Experience supervising a team in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsabilidades

• Inspire the team to deliver excellent results and uphold shop standards.

• Prepare products (e.g., sandwiches) and manage ovens, keep displays stocked.
• Keep the shop clean, tidy and presentable for customers.
• Ensure smooth operation when the Store Manager is not present.
