Job summary

Greggs in Exmouth is hiring a Shift Manager to join our team and lead daily operations on the shop floor. You will be responsible for looking after the shop when the Manager isn't around, motivating the team, and ensuring excellent customer service across in-store and online channels.

Typical duties include inspiring the team, serving customers efficiently, preparing products, managing ovens, and keeping displays well-stocked and presentable. Prior supervisory experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate natural leadership abilities and a passion for customer service.
• Previous supervisory experience in a similar customer-focused environment is desirable.
• Ability to motivate and engage a team to maintain high standards.

Responsibilities

• Inspire the team to deliver excellent results and maintain shop standards.
• Lead by example and serve customers in a fast, friendly manner.
• Prepare products (sandwiches, ovens) and ensure displays are fully stocked.
• Keep the shop clean, tidy and presentable.
