Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC, owner of Ember Inns, is looking for a Shift Supervisor for the Black Horse Pub in Wembley. You will welcome guests, serve them and lead a small team to deliver great service and training.

You’ll ensure clean, safe standards, manage daily operations, and support your team to keep guests returning for more. A friendly personality and passion for hospitality are essential.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the day-to-day running of the site: acting as a host, serving guests and confidently lead your team
• Be a shift leader
• Be a role model for your teams, helping with their training
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety
