Job summary

Mitchells & Butler’s Ember Inns is seeking a Shift Supervisor who will warmly welcome guests and lead a team to deliver consistent, high‑quality service. You’ll train staff, ensure smooth shifts, and uphold standards of cleanliness and safety across the site.

The role focuses on welcoming guests, managing the team, and driving great hospitality in a local pub setting, with opportunities to develop leadership skills within a supportive community.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a service or hospitality setting.
• Proven ability to train and develop staff for consistent guest service.
• Passion for delivering warm welcomes and great service to guests.
