Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a proactive Shift Supervisor for Ember Inns. You’ll welcome guests, lead a dedicated team, and ensure smooth daily operations, while upholding service standards and maintaining a safe, clean environment.

You’ll train and develop team members, drive great guest experiences, and contribute to a welcoming pub atmosphere at the heart of the community.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a hospitality team.
• Proven customer service excellence in a busy venue.
• Ability to train and coach staff to deliver great guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations as shift supervisor, welcoming guests and guiding the team.
• Act as shift leader and role model, supporting staff training and development.
• Maintain high cleanliness and safety standards across the site.
