Railway Hotel - Hornchurch is recruiting a Shift Supervisor to lead our front-of-house team, host guests and ensure a warm, efficient service. You will train and develop staff, act as shift leader, and uphold cleanliness and safety standards across the site.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or service industry.
• Ability to lead a team and train staff.
• Strong guest service orientation and safety awareness.
