Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC, owner of Ember Inns, invites applications for a Shift Supervisor. You’ll welcome guests, lead a team, and drive great service while training new colleagues to deliver consistent experiences.

You’ll manage day-to-day site operations, act as shift leader, uphold high cleanliness and safety standards, and model excellent guest care in a busy hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Ability to lead a team and train colleagues.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the day-to-day running of the site: acting as a host, serving guests and confidently lead your team
• Be a shift leader
• Be a role model for your teams, helping with their training
