Cape of Good Hope in Oxford is seeking a proactive Shift Supervisor to welcome guests, lead a team on shift and train staff. You’ll help maintain high standards, deliver great service, and contribute to a welcoming pub atmosphere across Castle Pubs.

Competenze

• Experience in frontline hospitality or pub/restaurant service.
• Proven ability to lead a team on shift.
