Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers is seeking a friendly Shift Supervisor for one of our Castle Pubs. You’ll welcome guests, lead a small team and help train staff to keep service at a high standard.

You'll be part of day-to-day operations, ensuring cleanliness and safety, while delivering great hospitality. The role offers pension, 28 days’ holiday, staff discounts, and other benefits as part of our friendly team.
