Job summary

De Hems Dutch Cafe Bar in London is seeking a Shift Supervisor to help run the site, welcome guests and lead a team to deliver great service. You will host, supervise and support staff to maintain a welcoming atmosphere across shifts.

The role focuses on hands-on leadership, training juniors, upholding cleanliness and safety standards, and modelling excellent service. A competitive salary and benefits are offered as part of Mitchells & Butlers.
