Mitchells & Butlers PLC in Oxford is seeking a Part Time Shift Supervisor to welcome guests, lead a team and role model training. You’ll help maintain service standards and contribute to a welcoming, efficient environment at our Castle Pubs location.

The role focuses on strong hospitality, with emphasis on team leadership, training, and delivering excellent guest experiences in a pub setting.

Competenze

• Experience in hospitality or bar/restaurant service.
• Ability to lead and train a team.
• Commitment to high standards of cleanliness and safety.
