Ego - Nuneaton (part of Mitchells & Butlers PLC) is seeking a Shift Supervisor to warmly welcome guests, lead a team and deliver great service while training colleagues. The role sits within a family of premium pubs and restaurants, each with its own character and Mediterranean-inspired menu.

• Be part of the day-to-day running of the site: acting as a host, serving guests and confidently lead your team

• Be a role model for your teams, helping with their training
