EGO - Ashton-under-Lyne, part of Mitchells & Butlers PLC, is looking for a Shift Supervisor who welcomes guests and leads a team to deliver great service. You’ll train staff, maintain standards, and help create a welcoming environment across our venues.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or service industry.
• Ability to train and mentor staff.
• Proven ability to lead a team and ensure guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the day-to-day running of the site: host guests and confidently lead the team.
• Act as shift leader and role model for colleagues.
• Support training and development of team members to maintain high service standards.
• Uphold cleanliness and safety across the venue.
