Job summary

Mitchells & Butler PLC is seeking a Shift Supervisor for the Red Lion, part of Oaktree Pubs. You will welcome guests, train staff, and lead a team to ensure excellent service in a vibrant, community-focused venue.

The role emphasizes training, guest experience, and managing operations on shift, with a focus on creating a welcoming atmosphere and consistent service.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality with a passion for great service.
• Proven ability to train and develop staff.
• Ability to lead a team during busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the day-to-day running of the site, hosting, serving guests and leading your team.
• Act as shift leader and role model for training.
