Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC's Ego Horbury is seeking a Part Time Shift Supervisor to welcome guests, lead a team and maintain high service standards.

You'll host guests, supervise shifts, train your team and uphold cleanliness and safety across the site, while representing the brand's Mediterranean-inspired menu and friendly culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality supervision or similar leadership role.
• Strong guest-focused approach with ability to train staff.
• Commitment to cleanliness, safety and brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the day-to-day running of the site: hosting, serving guests and leading the team.
• Act as a shift leader and mentor for team members.
• Model training and uphold high standards of cleanliness and safety.
