Vintage Inns within Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a Shift Supervisor at Beagle to welcome guests and lead a team in a warm, busy pub setting.

You’ll train staff, maintain service standards, and ensure cleanliness and safety while helping guests feel truly welcome.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the day-to-day running of the site: acting as a host, serving guests and confidently lead your team
• Be a shift leader
• Be a role model for your teams, helping with their training
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety
