Mitchells & Butlers PLC is recruiting for a part-time Shift Supervisor at EGO - Ashton-under-Lyne. You’ll welcome guests, lead a team, and help train staff while ensuring guest satisfaction and smooth daily operations.

The role emphasizes flexible shifts, customer service excellence and working within a supportive team environment at an established premium pub/restaurant family.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the day-to-day running of the site: acting as a host, serving guests and confidently lead your team

• Be a role model for your teams, helping with their training
