Job summary

Hector's is seeking a Shift Supervisor to warmly welcome guests, lead a team and train colleagues across our Nicholson’s pubs. You’ll drive great service, help maintain safety and cleanliness, and model friendly, professional hospitality in a lively British pub environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a hospitality team and delivering excellent guest service.
• Ability to train and mentor new staff on service standards.
• Commitment to high standards of cleanliness, safety and guest care.

Responsibilities

• Be part of day-to-day site operations, acting as host, serving guests and leading your team.
• Provide shift leadership and role modelling for staff during service.
• Support training and development of team members to maintain service quality.
