Mitchells & Butlers PLC in Edinburgh is seeking a Part Time Shift Supervisor at Hector's to welcome guests and confidently lead your team to deliver excellent service.

You’ll act as host, oversee shifts, coach staff, and uphold cleanliness and safety standards to ensure every guest has a memorable experience in a warm, friendly pub environment.

• Be a shift leader
• Be a role model for your teams, helping with their training
