Mitchells & Butlers’ Mitre Bar in Edinburgh is seeking a Shift Supervisor who will greet guests warmly, lead a friendly team, and uphold the highest standards of service.

You’ll be part of day‑to‑day site operations, act as host, supervise shifts, mentor junior staff, and ensure cleanliness and safety. The role offers flexible shifts, great discounts, pension, generous holidays, and opportunities to grow within our pub group.

As Shift Supervisor atthe Mitre Bar, you’ll give a warm welcome to everyone who visits. With a passion for great service and training great people, you’ll lead a team that keeps our guests coming back for more.
