Mitchells & Butlers Leisure Retail Limited is seeking a Shift Supervisor at Hector's. You will greet guests warmly, drive great service, and train your team to deliver memorable experiences across our pubs. You’ll lead a shift, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold cleanliness and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
• Strong leadership and training skills are essential.
• Able to manage shifts and guest services effectively.
