Mitchells & Butlers is seeking a Shift Supervisor for the Bacchus Bar. You\'ll warmly welcome guests, oversee service, and lead a team to deliver great British hospitality across our pubs.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality leadership is preferred.
• Passion for great service and for training people.
• Able to train and lead a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the day-to-day running of the site: host guests and confidently lead your team.
• Act as shift leader and role model for your staff.
• Support training and development of team members.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
