Job summary

Alexandra is seeking a Shift Supervisor to warmly welcome guests and lead a team with a passion for great service and training. You’ll train staff and ensure smooth day-to-day operations, delivering high standards of hospitality across Mitchells & Butlers pubs.

You’ll serve guests, lead shifts, role-model training, and maintain cleanliness and safety, helping the team exceed guest expectations and keep customers coming back for more.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or pubs is preferred.
• Ability to train and develop staff.
• Strong people skills and a customer-first mindset.
