Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers is seeking a Shift Supervisor for the Swan Inn. You will welcome guests, lead the team, and ensure high standards of service and cleanliness across the site.

You will train staff, manage shifts, and role-model excellence in hospitality, contributing to a warm, welcoming guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or pub environments is preferred.
• Ability to lead a team and maintain service standards.
• Willingness to train and develop staff.
• Knowledge of health & safety standards in food service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations, host guests and lead the team.
• Act as shift leader and role model for staff.
• Assist with staff training and development.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards across the site.
