Job summary

Inn on the Lake, part of Mitchells & Butlers Premium Country Pubs, is seeking a Shift Supervisor who greets guests warmly and leads a team to deliver exceptional service. You’ll train colleagues, uphold cleanliness and safety, and drive day‑to‑day site operations in a premium dining environment.
