Job summary

Mitchells & Butler's Blue Anchor is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead daily site operations, host guests, and confidently guide the team to deliver great service. This is a full-time, on-site role within Premium Country Pubs, part of a larger hospitality group.

You’ll be responsible for training your team, maintaining cleanliness and safety, and role-modeling excellent guest experiences while upholding brand standards and fostering a friendly workplace.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a hospitality team.
• Strong guest service focus and standards.
• Able to train and motivate team members.

Responsibilities

• Be involved in day-to-day site operations, hosting guests and leading your team.
• Act as shift leader and role model for staff.
• Support training and maintain high cleanliness and safety standards.
• Contribute to a welcoming guest experience across the site.
