Mitchells & Butlers’ Vintage Inns venue in Horning is hiring a Part Time Shift Supervisor. You’ll welcome guests, lead a small team, and ensure smooth service while maintaining great standards in a cosy rural pub setting.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory/leadership experience preferred.
• Passion for delivering great service and training others.
• Flexible availability for shifts including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the day-to-day running of the site; host, serve guests and confidently lead your team.
• Act as shift leader and role model for training and standards.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety across the venue.
