Job summary

The Plough Inn Eynsford, part of Mitchells & Butler PLC, is seeking a Shift Supervisor to welcome guests, host on shift, and lead the team to deliver excellent service across our brands.

You will train staff, uphold high standards of cleanliness and safety, and support a warm, inviting guest experience. Enjoy flexible shifts, staff discounts, Wagestream access, and pension benefits as part of a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a hospitality or pub environment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to train staff and supervise shifts.
• Commitment to high standards of cleanliness and safety.
