Mitchells & Butlers PLC is recruiting a Shift Supervisor for Arkle Manor at Premium Country Pubs. You’ll welcome guests, lead a team and train staff to deliver warm, premium service in a stylish setting.

You’ll oversee daily operations, maintain cleanliness and safety standards, and foster a welcoming atmosphere so every guest feels valued and looked after. We offer flexible shifts and generous staff benefits across brands.
