Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC's Vintage Inns in Horning seeks a Shift Supervisor for the Swan. You’ll welcome guests, run day-to-day operations, and lead a team to deliver great service in a warm pub setting.

In this role you’ll train your team, uphold cleanliness and safety standards, manage shifts, and model excellent guest care to ensure guests return.
